Japan Business Club NZ is a not-for-profit group for Japanese-speaking business owners, entrepreneurs, and freelancers living in New Zealand.

The club started in 2017 as a small, informal gathering of people running their own businesses. Over time, it has grown into a community of more than 100 members across Auckland, with the aim of eventually connecting people nationwide.

For many of us, running a business in a different country can be challenging and, at times, isolating. Because the Japanese business community in New Zealand is relatively small, we believe it is especially important to have a place where people can meet, share information, and support one another.

We meet quarterly and organise seminars, casual meetups, and networking dinners. These events often include guest speakers and focus on practical business topics, as well as creating opportunities to build genuine connections in a relaxed setting.

Japan Business Club NZ welcomes people at all stages of their business journey. Our goal is to provide a friendly, supportive community where members can learn from each other and grow together.
